Your payment plan accounts for up to 14 days off per year, so you are not paying for occasional sick or vacation days. While staff absences are uncommon, they can happen from time to time. Assistants are required to notify you at least two hours before their shift for sick days and provide at least one week's notice for planned absences. If an assistant's absences become frequent, we will take appropriate action, whether through disciplinary measures or providing a replacement.

If you feel your VA needs additional training, struggles with communication, or does not fully understand your requirements, please reach out to your dedicated customer success representative with your concerns. If the issue cannot be resolved through training, we will provide a replacement better suited to your needs.
